2022 Summer School Age Program

The summer school age program will be offered from Monday, July 4, 2022 until Friday, August 26, 2022 (excluding August 1) from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Summer Program Sites

The program will be offered at the following sites, pending sufficient enrolment.

  • Ashley Oaks Children’s Centre
  • Bonaventure Meadows Children’s Centre
  • Byron Somerset Children’s Centre
  • Cedar Hollow Children’s Centre
  • Jack Chambers Children’s Centre
  • Kensal Park F.I. P.S.
  • Rick Hansen Children’s Centre
  • Westmount P.S.
  • White Oaks Children’s Centre

Fees

Registration will be offered for full weeks only, and part-time/part week care is unavailable. The cost per week, per child is $250.00 and the week of August 1 is $200.00. Families with 3 or more children enrolled qualify for a 50% discount for the 3rd child and each additional child.

If you are currently receiving financial assistance, contact your Community Support Associate for summer approval.

Important Dates

April 8, 2022
Deadline to submit Summer SAP Registration Request Form.
April 19 - April 29, 2022
Summer Registrar will contact you if we cannot accommodate your request.
Summer Registrar will send confirmation letters with payment details to confirmed families.
May 13, 2022
Deadline for Summer Registrar to receive your payment arrangements to secure your space.
May 31, 2022
Deadline for Summer Registrar to receive written notice for any withdrawals or schedule changes.
Fees will be charged if the required notice is not given.

How to Register

Full details about the program and registration process have been sent via email to all school age program parents/guardians listed as Parent/Guardian 1 on their child’s account. Please note that all details and important dates listed above can also be found within the registration form, accessed using the link provided in that email.

Registration for the 2022 Summer School Age program is now closed.

Please note that we are offering the Summer Program based on current COVID-19 safety protocols, and Ministry of Education regulations. If the protocols or regulations change and can’t be met they may not be offered.
