Safe, Nurturing Home Child Care
Community Home Child Care is licensed by the Ministry of Education.
We work in partnership with parents and our approved caregivers to ensure each child experiences a stimulating, quality child care program, within a Provider’s safe, home setting.
Selecting a safe, nurturing home child care setting for your child is important.
Our team of Home Child Care Coordinators carefully screen all home child caregivers. We conduct the caregivers’ initial interviews, home safety inspections, and criminal reference checks. Once the caregiver becomes an approved Community Home Child Care Provider, we continue to support and guide them in meeting high standards of quality care. Of course safety is a top priority and all Home Child Care Providers hold a current certificate in First Aid and CPR.
